Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to understand hiring goals, candidate personas, and competitive landscapes, and develop tailor-made recruitment marketing strategies that align with business priorities
- Consult with internal stakeholders to translate talent needs into compelling brand-aligned messaging and narratives that resonate with targeted talent pools
- Craft strong employer brand narratives that reflect our values, culture, and mission, and deploy them across campaigns, job families, and channels
- Ensure consistency and alignment with corporate brand guidelines across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including media agencies, creative partners, and internal marketing stakeholders-to ideate, design, and execute multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns
- Support planning and execution of recruitment events, campus engagements, virtual experiences, and other employer branding activations
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to bring experiential concepts to life
- Analyze campaign performance across channels, providing insights, recommendations, and data-driven optimizations to enhance reach, engagement, and application quality
- Track metrics that tie back to ROI and TA goals, ensuring strategies remain agile and effective
- Manage individual projects end-to-end while contributing to broader Talent Marketing initiatives
- Partner with fellow team members to share insights, improve processes, and elevate overall impact
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, talent acquisition, or employer branding
- 5+ years of event planning or marketing experience with in a matrix organization
- 5+ years of proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- 5+ years of experience in a deadline driven environment
- 5+ years of experience using communications and interpersonal skills (internal/external)
- 5+ years of experience in meeting sales promotion/marketing targets
- 5+ years of experience using organizational skills
- 5+ years of proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
