Job Description:

• Tax Compliance: Ensure US Tax compliance with all relevant indirect tax laws and regulations, including property tax and business license requirements. Prepare and file accurate tax returns within regulatory deadlines.

• Tax Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize indirect tax positions and minimize tax liabilities.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure the company's compliance with new requirements.
• Audit Support: Assist in preparing for and responding to tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of tax positions, processes, and compliance activities. Prepare and review tax-related reports and analyses.
