- Know in and out of the project tools and docs to track inconsistencies.
- Proficient in data analysis skills - SQL, Excel formulas manipulations to create reports and track performances
- Manages independently; communicates context to the team and surfaces requirements to the team as well as upper management
- Sets clear expectations for team members; solicits, synthesizes and delivers feedback
- Communicates timeline, scope and concerns to managers and leads delivery against the project plan
- Makes independent decisions for the team; is actively learning how to handle difficult management situations
- Building and scaling up various lead generation processes and methodologies
- Brainstorm on new approaches to improve the existing process in order to achieve the monthly/quarterly targets.
- Utilizing project management skills to ensure that project deadlines are met along with adherence to quality standards.
- Hiring and training new employees on various business development products and programs.
- Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process to the stakeholders.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business goals and reach cost-effective solutions.
- Owning up and managing performance targets & KPIs.
- 4-7 years experience as TL in lead generation/ BD roles
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Experience in various outreach programs (emails, cold calling, social media, etc)
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Hubspot
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL
- Startup or Entrepreneurial DNA - You love seeing the value you create in a company and are excited to join a fast-growing startup
- Have run independent hiring drives and expanded the team

- Exposure and experience in Automation and using AI tools
