Key Responsibilities: 
  • Know in and out of the project tools and docs to track inconsistencies. 
  • Proficient in data analysis skills - SQL, Excel formulas manipulations to create reports and track performances 
  • Manages independently; communicates context to the team and surfaces requirements to the team as well as upper management
  • Sets clear expectations for team members; solicits, synthesizes and delivers feedback
  • Communicates timeline, scope and concerns to managers and leads delivery against the project plan
  • Makes independent decisions for the team; is actively learning how to handle difficult management situations
  • Building and scaling up various lead generation processes and methodologies
  • Brainstorm on new approaches to improve the existing process in order to achieve the monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Utilizing project management skills to ensure that project deadlines are met along with adherence to quality standards.
  • Hiring and training new employees on various business development products and programs.
  • Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process to the stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business goals and reach cost-effective solutions.
  • Owning up and managing performance targets & KPIs.
Qualifications: 
  • 4-7 years experience as TL in lead generation/  BD roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Experience in various outreach programs (emails, cold calling, social media, etc)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Hubspot
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL
  • Startup or Entrepreneurial DNA - You love seeing the value you create in a company and are excited to join a fast-growing startup 
  • Have run independent hiring drives and expanded the team
  • Love to deliver and an overactive, individually and as a team player
  • Exposure and experience in Automation and using AI tools
