We are looking for a Job Profile Team Lead - Test Network Management:
Job Summary
The CSG Assure team develops advanced telecom testing software solutions used by mobile operators across the globe, including leading operators like AT&T, Tata, Orange.
CSG Assure is an artificial test traffic generation platform consisting of a central cloud-based application and a test network of over 1 000 test probes in 200 countries simulating mobile users globally.
We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead the critical function of test network management and operations. This leadership role ensures operational excellence in maintaining a high-quality test environment for our mobile operator customers.
You will be leading a team of test network support analysts who monitor and manage the network of test probes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of around four
- Oversee the operational processes to manage and expand the test network
- Drive continuous process improvements
- Collaborate with customer support to prioritize and resolve test network issues
- Lead the work to expand the test network and improve the long-term stability of the network
- Secure the supply of hardware and licenses for the test network
Required Skills
- Completed university degree
- 5+ years of experience in the telecom software domain
- Experience in managing technical teams in support or IT/network operations
- Data analysis skills
- Good understanding of mobile networks
- Strong problem-solving skills; ability to handle complex incidents and guide team through resolution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
