Job Description
As Design and Marketing Operations Manager in Ramboll, we invite you to bring your excellence and enthusiasm for structure and processes to help build and enhance our teams working with Brand, Design and Marketing at our Chennai office. You are a skilled people manager with strong sense of structure and ability to keep track of many moving parts. Main goal is to support daily operations with 32 multidisciplinary employees across 4 teams responsible for different areas of expertise within Brand, Design and Marketing. You will be running, tracking and status reporting to HQ from the back-office engine and drive efficiency to support the teams. And you will be collaborating closely to our management teams in Denmark to support in deliver high quality solutions to the company.

Central role in our Global Brand, Design and Marketing Team
As our Design and Marketing Operations Manager, you play an important role in our global Brand, Marketing and External Communication team, responsible for our brand and design deliveries and for driving company-wide strategic and positioning and marketing campaigns and initiatives. You will make a real impact as you collaborate closely with our global teams to optimise our deliveries from our four delivery centers in Chennai.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

Day- to-day support of the team members at the Chennai office making sure that the office workplace is fully functioning and set-up for success.

Responsible for performance reporting of all teams, incl reporting on time spent on tasks, projects, teams, individuals etc.

Responsible for processes for delivery optimization and quality and timely deliveries.

Responsible for optimising the systems used by team members, eg ServiceNow, HubSpot, Kontent AI, and ensure those platforms are utilized according to best practices.

Long-term and short-term task and time management in collaboration with the team managers and project managers in the teams.

Ensure real-time overview of resources available.

Stakeholder management

Back up team objectives set by Management aligned with business objectives ensuring one process incl. following guidelines and set expectations towards key stakeholders.

Facilitate collaboration across the teams and within teams to both secure the KPI’s in the individual teams and as a full function.

Taking an active part in supporting the individuals in the team to feel growth and happy to come to work.

Master’s degree in business, project management. With a possible specialty within brand and/or marketing and/or communication.

5-10 years of work experience as a manager
-
5+ years of work experience from international delivery centers
-
Global project management experience
-
Preferably experience with offshoring

Excellent English writing and communication skills
-
Strong experience in working with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PP, Word etc.) and good experience with systems such as ServiceNow, PM-systems (ex. MS Projects) is also an advantage.

If you have experience in HubSpot, Kontent AI, Templafy, Frontify or other DAM systems it’s a plus.
