As we progress towards achieving our ambition of entering multiple markets with different brands, in order to ensure the highest levels of compliance, growth and agility, we are looking for a new team member to strengthen our technical compliance efforts and work alongside our amazing team to help streamline our processes and reduce compliance costs and complexities.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing independent oversight and assurance to the business of compliance to technical requirements;
  • Proactively researching technical requirements and regulations for new and existing markets and liaise with relevant stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet the required regulations;
  • Carrying out technical compliance gap assessments/analyses across the relevant jurisdictions/markets where the company operates and / or plans to operate
  • Providing the relevant Teams / Departments with advice on the interpretation of the relevant technical regulations, requirements and standards as well as Advising on the implementation of technical solutions/products;
  • Maintaining regular contact with key internal and external stakeholders such as product development and 3rd party B2B suppliers;
  • Ensuring our products are technically compliant in the jurisdictions in which we operate;
  • Interacting with Regulators, where and if required, on technical compliance matters including reporting to (and producing reports for) regulators as may be required;
  • Continuously assessing product compliance, operational risks, and scheduling of compliance tasks and reporting any identified technical compliance risks and gaps and proposing compliant technical solutions and driving their implementation.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a Technical Compliance role within iGaming
  • Work experience in an ISO27001 Compliant environment
  • Understanding of the iGaming business framework (B2B) and best practice standards and requirements
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to details, composure and patience
  • Highly pragmatic and proactive
  • Ability to work on your own initiative with minimum management
  • Team player with a hands-on approach
  • Willing to grow in a small but highly performing team
