Designs database schemas and data-access layers, optimizes performance, troubleshoots production issues, and performs debugging and root-cause analysis. Works with relational and NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, DevOps tooling, messaging systems, testing frameworks, observability tools, and Agile/Scrum practices.
Technical Leadership
- Lead
a team of software engineers and provide technical direction, guidance,

- Conduct
design and code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best

- Define

- Experience
with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, or Redis is
desirable.
- Design
efficient database schemas, queries, indexes, and data-access layers.

caching, transaction management, and database performance optimization.
