Design, develop, and maintain high-performance real-time simulation models and supporting software. Implement multithreaded, event/state modeling, integrate modules via APIs/messaging, profile and optimize performance, and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable simulator software.

Develop and test Python-based software components, web applications, APIs, and backend services. Support data acquisition, transformation, and analysis workflows. Assist with automation, IoT integration, prototyping, debugging, and performance optimization. Maintain documentation and version control.

Manage end-to-end finance for a multi-entity engineering and technology firm: accounting, consolidation, statutory compliance (Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, FEMA, Customs), audits, treasury/forex, budgeting and MIS, import-export finance, and strategic financial support to management.

Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of electronic components, assemblies, and finished goods. Develop sampling plans, manage calibration of measuring instruments, identify defects, analyze root causes, and support corrective/preventive actions. Maintain quality records and reports, and collaborate with production, design, and suppliers to ensure compliance with internal quality systems and industry standards.

Drive sales of capital equipment and consumables to the semiconductor industry. Leverage industry contacts, deep knowledge of assembly and test processes, and consultative selling to grow business in Chennai or Bangalore.

Assist in design, development, and maintenance of Python-based internal applications, backend scripts, API integrations, and database modules. Support automation, UI development with Tkinter/PyQt, testing, debugging, documentation, and offer suggestions for productivity improvements.

Develop project documentation per QMS, communicate with customers, perform system studies and proposals, program Mitsubishi/Delta/Siemens PLCs, servos/drives and Proface HMIs, configure servos and robots, and support on-site execution through erection.

Lead end-to-end project delivery for railway and locomotive projects: define scope, plan budgets and schedules, manage risks, lead cross-functional teams, ensure quality, safety and regulatory compliance, communicate status to stakeholders, and implement process improvements.

Support electronics solutions work under supervision: testing, troubleshooting, calibration, prototyping, and test setups. Assist engineering team with documentation, technical reports, service logs, and on-site project support. Research relevant tools and learn new equipment.

Assist in building AR/VR simulation projects: create interactive 3D environments from CAD/models, implement animations, physics, and interactions, test and optimize performance, research AR/VR SDKs, and document prototypes.

Prepare techno-commercial proposals: coordinate internal teams for concept and BOM, source suppliers and update vendor lists, manage and track proposals in CRM, ensure approvals and commercial/technical validity, and meet weekly proposal targets.

Sell and support electronic assembly, repair, soldering and test & measurement products. Build customer database, generate enquiries, present solutions, close orders, track receivables, attend events, and produce reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
