Provide production troubleshooting, technical documentation, customer support, and coordination with mechanical, electrical, and project engineering teams.

Manages a sales team and internal proposal engineers, identifies industry opportunities and RFQs, develops and submits technical proposals, coordinates solutions with software and NPD engineering teams, achieves annual sales budgets, negotiates customer closures, and builds industry relationships. Lead end-to-end project delivery for railway and locomotive projects: define scope, plan budgets and schedules, manage risks, lead cross-functional teams, ensure quality, safety and regulatory compliance, communicate status to stakeholders, and implement process improvements.
