  • Prioritize features and improvements based on user feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Lead initiatives to bring AI assistants to life within Studio.
  • Work with stakeholders across Aladdin to align on product strategy and execution.
  • Facilitate feedback loops between users, engineering, and design to ensure product-market fit.

User Experience & Developer Enablement

  • Champion the needs of internal developers, researchers, and portfolio managers.
  • Drive continuous improvement of onboarding, documentation, and in-platform guidance.
  • Partner with product marketing to create thematic use-case pages and release communication.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or software development.
  • Exposure to developer platforms, automation tools, or quant research environments.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality user experiences and solving complex problems.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), APIs, containerization (e.g., Kubernetes), and modern AI technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred Experience:

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably within the financial services or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of investment research and portfolio management processes.
  • Knowledge and understanding of data analysis and coding (SQL, Python, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
