The Sr. Technical Program Manager will drive the strategic direction, optimization, and execution of our Product and platform initiatives, focusing on integrating advanced AI/ML capabilities. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Product Engineering, Platform Engineering, Cloud Ops, DevOps, and AI/ML teams, to ensure seamless program execution and alignment with the company’s broader objectives. 

Key Responsibilities:
Product and Platform Strategy and Roadmap
- Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and core AI/ML teams to define and execute a strategic roadmap for the platform. 
- Analyze market trends, gather customer insights, and synthesize technical feedback to prioritize features and inform platform development. 
- Drive the evolution of the platform, including APIs, SDKs, documentation, and tools, with an emphasis on integrating cutting-edge AI/ML functionalities. 

Platform Optimization 
- Lead cross-functional efforts to enhance platform performance, fostering collaboration among Cloud Ops, DevOps, SRE, Product Engineering, and AI/ML teams. 
- Identify usability issues, pain points, and areas for improvement through feedback loops, user testing, and data analysis. 
- Partner with design and engineering to prioritize and implement optimizations that improve workflow efficiency, reliability, and overall platform experience. 

Technical Program Management 
- Manage the end-to-end execution of Cross functional engineering projects, including planning, resource allocation, and cross-team coordination. 
- Facilitate alignment and effective collaboration among Cloud Ops, DevOps, SRE, and Product - Engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of key projects. 
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and roadblocks across technical domains to secure successful project outcomes. 

Continuous Improvement 
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Prouduct/platform teams, emphasizing the integration of AI/ML technologies. 
- Collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders to refine product features, functionalities, and usability. 
- Iterate on platform processes based on evolving user needs, market trends, and technological advancements. 

Qualifications: 
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred. 
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in cloud platforms or related technical domains. 
- Deep understanding of APIs, SDKs, cloud infrastructure, and machine learning technologies. 
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving platform adoption through strategic planning and execution. 
- Strong communication skills with an ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. 
- 5+ years of experience collaborating with SRE teams on system reliability and operational strategies. 
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and capability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. 
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Slack, Microsoft Teams). 
- Passion for technology, innovation, and enhancing user engagement through strategic platform development.
