Who we seek:
We're seeking a Technical Writer based in Chennai, India, to join our TechDocs team. Reporting to the Technical Writing Manager in our Product department, you'll collaborate closely with R&D, QA, and Product Managers. Your primary focus will be documenting our customer-facing APIs and SDKs and delving deep into our technical system and deployment documentation. We need someone adept at transforming highly complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly resources for technical and non-technical customers.

What you’ll do:
- Document our customer-facing APIs.
- Manage the API portal, including its automated Git-based systems and processes.
- Develop high-profile, challenging, and complex system and deployment documentation.
- Contribute significantly to enhancing our product and overall customer experience.
What you’ll bring:
- 3-5 years of experience writing API and DevOps-related documentation.
- Strong aptitude for translating complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in core web technologies such as HTML, JSON, and YAML.
- Demonstrated experience with version control systems like GitLab, GitHub, or BitBucket.
- Familiarity with the concepts of containerized systems, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- The ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong team spirit and a cooperative approach.
Nice to haves:
- Experience with Document360.
- Background or experience in the data or cybersecurity domains.
