Shift Timing: 7 PM- 4 AM (US EST Time Zone Highly Preferable), 4 PM- 1 AM (Option also available)
Overview:
We are seeking a talented Technical Content Writer to join our team and produce high-quality technical content for our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, a solid understanding of technology concepts, and the ability to translate complex information into engaging and informative content. This role will involve creating a variety of technical content, including articles, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and product documentation.
IMPORTANT NOTE :- This role is contributing to the Pre-sales/Proposal Management team. This team works on US public sector based RFP/Bids/Proposals/tenders. This role will require to contribute in content writing in the Proposals/bids/RFP/tenders.
Responsibilities:
- Research, write, and edit technical content that educates and informs our audience about complex technical topics, products, and services.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, product managers, and other team members to gather information and ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
- Develop content strategies to address the needs and interests of our target audience and drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Create compelling headlines, titles, and calls-to-action that capture the reader's attention and encourage them to engage with the content.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical writing and content marketing.
- Manage content calendars, deadlines, and priorities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines and style standards.
- Analyze content performance metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize content strategies.
- Provide support for other marketing initiatives and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a technical writer, content writer, or in a related role, with a strong portfolio of technical content.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strong research skills and the ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies and industry trends.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and error-free content.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
