The Technology Engineer will build scalable infrastructure, automate deployment pipelines, design data solutions, and implement CI/CD processes within various teams.
We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Engineer with strong expertise in DevOps, CI/CD, and Big Data platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable infrastructure, automating deployment pipelines, and designing robust data solutions. This role requires hands-on experience in modern DevOps practices, distributed systems, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesDevOps & CI/CD
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitOps, and similar technologies
- Automate software delivery processes to improve efficiency and reduce deployment risks
- Ensure smooth integration and continuous deployment across environments
- Deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications using Kubernetes and OpenShift
- Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and performance of containerized workloads
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools
- Manage cloud/on-prem infrastructure with a focus on scalability and reliability
- Architect and implement Big Data solutions using Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, or related technologies
- Design and manage distributed data systems for high-performance data processing and storage
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
- Continuously optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability
- Work closely with development, operations, and data teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Participate in design discussions and provide technical insights
- Ensure infrastructure and applications follow security best practices
- Maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
- Strong experience in DevOps and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitOps, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, or other IaC tools
- Experience with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka)
- Understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in banking or financial services domain
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving approach
