The Technology Engineer will design, implement, and optimize DevOps and data platform solutions, focusing on CI/CD, containerization, big data, and distributed systems, while ensuring security and compliance.
We are looking for a highly skilled Technology Engineer with strong expertise in DevOps, containerization, and big data technologies to support enterprise-scale digital and data platform initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable infrastructure and data solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevOps & CI/CD
- Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitOps
- Automate build, deployment, and release processes to improve efficiency and reliability
Containerization & Orchestration
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and OpenShift
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience of applications
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Develop and manage infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools
- Maintain version-controlled infrastructure for consistency and scalability
Big Data Engineering
- Architect and implement data solutions using Hadoop, Spark, Kafka
- Handle large-scale data processing and streaming pipelines
Distributed Systems
- Design and manage distributed data architectures
- Optimize data storage and processing performance across systems
Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, DevOps, and data teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable implementations
Monitoring & Performance Optimization
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
- Continuously optimize system performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency
Security & Compliance
- Ensure infrastructure and data platforms follow security best practices
- Maintain compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards
- Strong experience in DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes and OpenShift
- Proficiency in Terraform / Ansible (IaC tools)
- Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka)
- Solid understanding of distributed systems architecture
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in banking or financial services domain
- Knowledge of GitOps practices
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
