As a Territory Manager for IN - NOVATEUR ELECTRICAL & DIGITAL SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED (NEDS), you will play a crucial role in our L7 - IN - LEGRAND - Trade Sales department. Your primary objective is to boost sales, expand our distribution network, and foster long-lasting customer relationships within your assigned territory. This role is pivotal in executing our market coverage and sales strategies to meet and exceed our sales targets. Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and achieve primary and secondary sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Expand numeric distribution and establish new customer relationships.
  • Implement effective market coverage strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Execute sales plans and ensure proper execution of sales activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to the management team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in sales operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the electrical or digital systems industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Proficiency in using sales management tools and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle for business travel.
