Job Summary As a supply chain functional consultant, you will work with business users to provide expertise across supply chain management modules. You will be instrumental in gathering usiness requirements, designing solutions, resolving production issues and leading customer-facing engagements. Your role supports seamless implementations, ongoing enhancements and customer satisfaction within a support-focused model. Responsibilities Collaborate with business users as a functional expert on supply chain modules. Analyze business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate needs into actionable solutions. Prepare clear project documentation including solution designs, functional specifications and training materials Explain business requirements and solutions to project team members and stakeholders Develop and maintain functional configuration documents and SOPs Create and execute test scenarios across different test environments Design, implement, and manage supply chain systems and processes.
