Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing processes and suggest improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Freight Logistics. - Strong understanding of automation frameworks and tools. - Experience in developing and implementing testing strategies. - Ability to analyze complex systems and identify testing requirements. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
