About the role:
We are looking for a senior TIBCO Integration Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise integration solutions. You will own end-to-end integration pipelines connecting core banking systems, third-party APIs, and internal services using TIBCO BusinessWorks and EMS.
What you'll do
- Design and develop integration flows on TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x / BW 6.x / BWCE)
- Configure and manage TIBCO EMS messaging, including queue and topic management
- Build and maintain synchronous and asynchronous integrations via JMS, REST, and SOAP
- Handle XML/JSON transformations and complex XPath/XSD mapping
- Manage SSL certificates and implement application-level security standards
- Use TIBCO Administrator and Hawk for deployment, monitoring, and fault management
- Write and maintain shell scripts for automated deployments on Linux environments
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and maintain GIT-based version control discipline
- Troubleshoot issues in distributed services and integration ecosystems
- Provide technical guidance and code reviews to junior team members
What you must have
- 7+ years hands-on experience in TIBCO BW and TIBCO EMS
- Expert-level XPath and XSD schema knowledge
- Strong understanding of JMS, REST, SOAP, TCP communication protocols
- Practical experience with SSL/TLS, cryptography, and secure integration patterns
- Comfortable working on *nix OS with shell scripting
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience
Good to have
- Working knowledge of Java — ability to write or integrate Java methods within TIBCO BW
- Exposure to Node.js for lightweight service or API integration tasks
- Experience in banking, financial services, or payment systems
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodology
