UI/UX Engineer
Role Overview:
We are looking for a UI/UX Engineer who can combine strong front-end engineering skills with a strong eye for user experience and design quality. You will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to build intuitive, responsive, and high-performing user interfaces—turning designs into scalable, reusable components and delightful product experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain modern, responsive user interfaces using React.js / Next.js (or similar frameworks)
- Translate Figma designs and user flows into pixel-perfect, production-ready UI
- Partner with Product and Design teams to improve usability, accessibility, and consistency across the product
- Develop reusable UI components and contribute to a scalable design system / component library
- Ensure UI is optimized for performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
- Implement best practices around layout, design patterns, and state management
- Perform UI reviews, improve existing screens, and maintain strong code quality standards
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and deliver end-to-end features
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience as a Front-End Engineer / UI Engineer / UI/UX Engineer
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js (Next.js is a plus)
- Strong understanding of responsive design and modern UI patterns
- Experience working with Figma (or similar tools) and converting designs into UI
- Understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and usability best practices
- Familiarity with REST APIs and integration patterns
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
