- 3-6 years of experience
- Experience in UX, information architecture and interaction design
- Understanding of data visualization principles
- Skilled in component driven Figma design using libraries, variants and auto-layout (Adobe suite is a good to have)
- An understanding of micro interactions and animation for UX techniques – Added advantage
- A portfolio of work demonstrating experience in leading or managing the design of complex systems across multiple platforms
- Ability to ideate fast and explore multiple routes to solve a problem.
- Experience in preparing and conducting user research and usability tests
- Passionate and curious about technology and its impact on design solutions
- Self-motivated, proactive and ability to take feedback are must-have qualities
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- An ability to surprise and delight stakeholders through deep understanding and creative, critical thinking.
