Job Responsibilities:
- Build and scale automation frameworks for AI and enterprise platforms
- Embed AI-driven testing (self-healing, test generation) to improve coverage
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (unit, API, UI)
- Drive shift-left quality and enforce testing standards/governance
- Mentor developers and increase automation adoption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partner stakeholders
- Track quality metrics and ensure stable, reliable releases
Knowledge and skills (general and technical):
- Strong Java fundamentals
- Hands-on Playwright experience (UI/API automation)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Enterprise (preferred)
- Good collaboration and mentoring skills
Experience:
- 6-8 years' experience building and driving test automation frameworks, including AI-driven testing
