We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager (Mobile).
Your main tasks will be:
- Facebook Ads/TikTok Ads campaigns launch and optimization;
- Reporting and analysis of advertising campaigns; project & audience analytics via AppsFlyer, internal BI and other tools;
- Channels scaling with target LTV/CPA level, improve CPA and other key metrics;
- Testing new creative concepts, targetings and ad types.
We expect from you:
- Successful performance user acquisition for mobile apps 2+ years: Facebook (Meta), Tik Tok Ads (obligatory). Twitter, Google Ads, Pinterest, Snapchat, Apple Search Ads, DSPs - optional;
- You understand how advertising platforms work, know what unit economics are, and can break down how sales funnel metrics affect profitability;
- You understand the specifics of install tracking and working with MMPs such as AppsFlyer, and you can explain how SKAdNetwork works;
- Fluent Russian, English B1+.

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
