An analyst is an entry-level position within the Valuation & Advisory team, responsible for delivering timely and high-quality analyses. The role primarily involves creating Argus cash flow models, conducting rent roll audits, gathering data, and reviewing data quality.

About the About:
- Assist in executing financial analysis and modeling requests, ensuring adherence to quality and timeliness standards.
- Analyze lease documents to extract pertinent details for preparing lease abstracts for different property types.
- Prepare DCF models in Argus Enterprise using the lease documents, Rent Roll, Budget, Financials, Recovery Schedule, and client-provided assumptions.
- Audit existing financial models for accuracy of inputs and validity of assumptions and collaborate with the onshore team to finalize assumptions.
- Perform market research to analyze property and market conditions, and present findings clearly and concisely.
- Grasp the nuances of commercial property valuation to identify relevant information.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in lease abstraction, financial analysis, and modeling within Commercial Real Estate
- Proficiency with Argus Enterprise and other discounted cash flow tools (e.g., Rockport Val) required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written, for effective communication with onshore team members
- Strong analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Capability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
