As a VKYC Officer, you will handle video calls for KYC verification, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards while addressing feedback from supervisors.
Video call customers to complete full KYC ( Inbound/Oubound)
Ensure VKYC is completed by right party only.
Verify whether the details provided by the customers while opening the account is matching with the documents submitted
Adhere to information security, regulatory norms and KYC guidelines
Act on the feedback given by Team Leader or Quality Leader
Handle inbound VKYC calls and make outbound calls to the customers for completing KYC requirements of the Bank
Experience Range : 6 months to 5 Years
