<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in back-end development, with a strong focus on Python and Django framework.</li>
<li>Proven experience in designing and implementing microservices architecture, including service discovery, communication protocols, and data storage strategies.</li>

<p><strong>Skills / Technical skills and knowledge:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li> Cloud Platform Management: Experience with managing and updating Azure ARO (OpenShift clusters) and familiarity with cloud computing principles.</li>
<li> CI/CD Pipeline Expertise: Proficiency in analyzing, upgrading, and maintaining CI/CD pipeline infrastructure, including tools like Jenkins, Argo CD, Nexus, and SonarQube.</li>
<li> Infrastructure Automation: Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible for automating infrastructure deployment.</li>
<li> Containerization Technologies: Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration of applications.</li>
<li> Scripting and Automation: Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation tasks within the CI/CD pipeline.</li>
<li> Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Understanding of SDLC processes and Agile methodologies, with experience integrating CI/CD pipelines into software development workflows.</li>
<li> Version Control Systems (VCS): Experience with version control systems like Git for managing code repositories and facilitating collaboration.</li>
<li> Troubleshooting and Debugging: Ability to diagnose and resolve issues within CI/CD related issues.</li>
<li> Documentation Skills: Strong documentation skills to document configurations, procedures, and enhancements made to the CI/CD pipelines.</li>
<li> Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively convey updates, collaborate with teams, and conduct training sessions.</li>
<li> Adaptability: Capacity to adapt to changing requirements and technologies, and willingness to continuously learn and improve</li>
<li> Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.</li>
<li> Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira for project management is a plus.</li>
