What You'll Bring:

Work Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze website data, including traffic volume, conversion rates, and overall engagement.
  • Monitor trends and identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Create reports and dashboards that highlight important insights.
  • Support the planning, evaluation, and documentation of web property tagging for both analytics and marketing purposes.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to track the effectiveness of online advertising campaigns.
  • Evaluate the performance of process flows and website experiments.
  • Partner with other team members to extract, combine, clean and analyze data sourced from different repositories.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics.
  • Moderate to advanced proficiency with Google Tag Manager or similar tag management solutions.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Apache Superset or Looker Studio.
  • Experience working with large and complex datasets.
  • Familiarity with web technologies and tracking implementations, including JavaScript, HTML, website tagging, and cookies.
  • Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data extraction.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS or GCP).
  • Knowledge of data preprocessing, cleaning, and analysis techniques.

    What we’d prefer to see:

    • At least three years of professional experience focused on data engineering, reporting, or statistical analysis
    • Experience in the Financial Services industry
    • Understanding of database design, marketing analytics and implementation of marketing Tech.

    This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
