Key Responsibilities

  • Publish, update, and retire web content using Sitecore CMS (5+ years hands-on experience preferred)
  • Apply basic HTML/CSS for formatting, troubleshooting, and minor content fixes
  • Ensure content follows SEO best practices (metadata, headings, internal linking, redirects in partnership with SEO)
  • Collaborate with developers and UX to implement new templates, components, and content models
  • Use JIRA to manage content tickets, bugs, and enhancement requests
  • QA content across browsers and devices prior to release
  • Maintain content accuracy, consistency, and accessibility standards
  • Support content migrations, site launches, and periodic audits
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years' experience working in Sitecore CMS (content authoring & publishing)
  • Working knowledge of HTML (CSS familiarity a plus)
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and on-page optimization
  • Experience working in Agile teams using JIRA
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with developers and technical partners
  • Strong attention to detail and content QA skills
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience with Sitecore templates, renderings, or personalization
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Experience supporting large, enterprise websites
  • Basic understanding of analytics (GA)
