Requirements:
- As a Workday HCM and Payroll Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday’s Payroll solutions.
- Certification in Workday US/UK/Canada Payroll is a must.
You will provide Workday product, subject-matter, and implementation expertise; and work with partners to understand their business requirements and help configure and test the derived solutions. - In-depth knowledge of Workday Payroll framework, taxes, compliances, and legislation
You will work effectively individually and with team members toward customer satisfaction and success. - Design and implement requirements in the Workday Payroll solution, building end to end solutions.
- Demonstrate the configurations through the development of a prototype.
- You will assist in creating solutions for clients and/or internal review.
- Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements; ensure client takes advantage of Workday standard methodologies.
- Help convert legacy data into Workday and assist clients in testing the designed solutions.
Assist the integration team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions. - Resolve complex tasks/requirements and understand and implement complex business scenarios.
- Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration.
- Facilitate clients intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices for Workday Payroll.
- Innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively
- Substantial and measurable delivery of 2 or more End to end US/UK/Canada Payroll implementations.
Preferences:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Workday workstream.
- Current active Workday US/UK/Canada Payroll Certification.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with work experience.
- Must be able to setup Earnings, Deductions and Tax Calculations.
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration.
