Workday Reporting Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Workday Reporting Analyst to design, develop, and optimize reporting and analytics solutions within the Workday platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Workday data structures, business processes, and reporting tools, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into insightful and actionable reports for HR, Finance, and leadership teams.
Design, build, and maintain Workday custom reports, advanced reports, and matrix reports across HCM, Finance, and other functional areas.
Develop and support Workday dashboards, scorecards, and worklets to enhance data visibility and decision-making.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.
Create and manage calculated fields, prompts, and data sources to meet advanced reporting needs.
Support integrations and data extracts using Workday Report Writer and EIBs.
Partner with HRIS, Finance, and IT teams to ensure consistent data governance and reporting best practices.
Provide ongoing reporting support, documentation, and training for end-users.
3–7 years of experience as a Workday Reporting Analyst or similar Workday functional role.
Hands-on experience with Workday Report Writer, Advanced Reports, and Composite Reports.
Strong knowledge of calculated fields, worklets, and dashboard creation.
Experience with Workday EIBs and data extraction methods.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with Workday Prism Analytics or Adaptive Planning is a plus.
Workday certification in Reporting or related modules preferred.
