Job Description:

Job Responsibilities
  • Successfully implement sales strategies and achieve ambitious sales targets within the assigned district

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), ensuring exceptional customer experience and satisfaction

  • Effectively manage day-to-day logistics and case planning, ensuring flawless execution of surgical procedures

  • Collaborate with team members within the company to identify customer requirements and create customized solutions.

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market trends

  • Compete in the market by providing comprehensive product knowledge and technical expertise to healthcare professionals

  • Continuously analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable strategies

  • Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals and prospective customers

  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis to the regional sales manager

Job Requirements
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in a sales role, preferably within the medical device industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with both internal and external team members

  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service with a focus on delivering flawless execution.

  • Motivated and determined, with a strong desire to surpass sales targets and pursue personal and professional development

  • Skilled in using digital tools and platforms to improve sales and customer engagement

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience will be considered.
