Manage and coach a 2–3 person engineering pod, oversee staffing and utilization, conduct multi-cloud technical discovery, and develop prioritized recommendations and roadmaps. Evolve Rapid Solutions offerings, playbooks, templates, and delivery standards while applying AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and insight.

Design, automate, deploy, and integrate cloud-native and third-party networking and network security across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Lead technical engagements, produce assessments and low-level designs, resolve escalations, mentor junior staff, communicate project status, and maintain time and travel reporting. Continuously upskill and represent AHEAD to clients and partners.

Lead design, implementation, and support of enterprise routing, switching, BGP, wireless, and network access control solutions. Conduct Ekahau site surveys and predictive designs, deploy and troubleshoot Cisco ISE, produce design and implementation documentation, run discovery and design workshops, mentor junior consultants, and support presales and project delivery activities.

Manage and optimize Salesforce across Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing and Service functions. Administer security, data, declarative automation, integrations, deployments, documentation, training, and support agile delivery teams to ensure platform stability and process efficiency.

Lead design, deployment, and support of large-scale data center SDN solutions (Cisco ACI, VxLAN, VMware NSX). Serve as SME, run client workshops, produce deliverables, ensure knowledge transfer, and align architectures to business goals while maintaining certifications.

The Technical Program Manager leads cross-functional programs in IT hardware integration, coordinating teams and ensuring timely delivery of solutions to clients.

Plan and execute block, file, and object migrations; design SAN and array-based protection; lead customer delivery, documentation, and mentoring; automate delivery workflows and support post-migration validation and escalations.

The Presales Solutions Architect drives innovative business solutions in Observability, partnering with sales to meet customer needs through technical expertise and architecture leadership.

Manage technical projects end-to-end using Agile and Waterfall. Coach teams on Scrum maturity, remove impediments, coordinate resources, manage risks, vendors, budgets, schedules, and client communications to ensure delivery and client satisfaction.

Lead India-based Center of Excellence overseeing quality, technical support, and program execution for Foundry services. Manage staffing, KPIs, QA, incident response, and cross-functional program delivery to improve customer experience, reliability, and predictable delivery.

Own bench-level configuration of enterprise servers, storage, and networking from receipt through power-on, firmware/BIOS updates, OS/hypervisor installs, validation, automation, documentation, and cross-team coordination to deliver configured systems to customers.

Lead design, customize, and implement ServiceNow ITSM, Service Portal, and ITOM solutions. Perform integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server), Discovery and CMDB maintenance, and develop/optimize scripts. Run workshops, mentor junior developers, and participate in Agile delivery to translate client requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
