Provides first-line customer support for athenahealth solutions, investigating issues involving scheduling, billing, EHR, claims, and revenue cycle workflows. Manages tickets, escalations, queues, and SLAs; documents findings and resolutions; communicates with customers and internal teams; identifies recurring issues; uses AI tools to improve productivity; supports testing, documentation, onboarding, and process improvements.
