First-line support for customers using athenahealth solutions; investigate and resolve issues in scheduling, billing, EHR, claims, and RCM workflows. Manage tickets, SLAs, and escalations; document cases; collaborate with internal teams; apply AI tools to organize and summarize case notes; identify trends and support process improvements and onboarding.

Lead end-to-end customer-facing technical implementations: scoping, planning, execution, testing, data validation, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support. Own stakeholder communications, manage multiple concurrent projects, write SQL and develop Python scripts for analysis/automation, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver healthcare IT/EHR migrations and integrations.

Design, build, and support ETL workflows to migrate and transform legacy EHR data into athenahealth systems. Develop Python utilities, validate and reconcile data, support HL7/FHIR interoperability and EHI export tasks, troubleshoot issues, maintain documentation, and collaborate across product, sales, and operations to improve migration processes and automation.
