Leads Social Emotional Learning implementation across partner schools, ensuring consistent program quality, analyzing data for continuous improvement, and building educator and staff capacity. The role includes designing delivery systems, facilitating training, supervising educators, managing school partnerships, and strengthening program execution within a whole-school transformation initiative.

Build corporate employer partnerships to place Skill-ED graduates in suitable jobs. Lead placement workshops, mock interviews, employability training, mentorship, counseling, placement drives, job fairs, and networking events. Track placement outcomes, report to leadership, and conduct market research to align training with emerging roles. The position requires collaboration with employers, educational institutions, industry professionals, and internal teams, with preferred travel across South India.

Manage, coach, and develop teams delivering infrastructure projects for government and low-income schools. Build project lifecycle processes, plan and oversee multiple projects, track timelines and costs, ensure quality, provide regular reporting to donors and management, and maintain relationships with schools, government departments, contractors, and vendors. The role requires frequent local travel, people management, flexible hours, and strong communication in English and Tamil.
