Provide Level 2/3 SAP Basis support for global SAP landscapes (primarily ECC and GRC): incident management, monitoring, system installs/migrations, transport management, backups/recovery, performance troubleshooting, documentation, automation, and compliance with security and audit standards. Participate in after-hours/on-call rotations and contribute to SAP technical initiatives.
