Lead signal and power integrity for advanced ASIC packaging: define design rules, analyze SI/PI across interposer/substrate/PCB, guide post-layout extraction and verification, collaborate with system partners and vendors, mentor engineers, and drive design reviews for high-speed ASIC tape-outs.
