Entry-level trainee role developing ServiceNow platform skills through structured training, labs, shadowing, and supervised projects. Responsibilities include completing Now Learning modules, building in a Personal Development Instance, passing assessments, attempting the CSA certification, and eventually delivering ServiceNow configuration and development tasks using update-set and code-review practices.

Supports leadership with business tracking, strategic initiatives, sales operations, CRM management, accounting, invoicing, financial reporting, expense management, and project resource coordination. Maintains operational and financial trackers, prepares dashboards and summaries, monitors invoices and receivables, supports profitability reporting, coordinates stakeholders, and follows up on deadlines across US and India teams.
