Generates new business through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, lead generation, and relationship building. Identifies prospects, understands customer needs, recommends solutions, conducts follow-ups, schedules meetings and demonstrations, and converts leads into customers. Maintains sales activity records, meets business development targets, communicates with clients, and coordinates internally to fulfill customer requirements. Client travel may be required.

Manage electrical projects from planning through completion, overseeing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, contractors, and project teams. Coordinate with clients, PMC representatives, and internal stakeholders; supervise HT/LT installations, transformers, and commissioning. Monitor costs, quality, safety, risks, and compliance. Prepare documentation, progress reports, project records, and RA bills for certification and payment. Resolve technical and project issues while managing multiple projects under pressure.

Maintains accounting transactions and financial records using Tally. Handles invoicing, receipts, payment entries, ledgers, documentation, and bank reconciliation while ensuring accurate data entry. The role requires a commerce-related degree, basic accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
