Leads regional, full-cycle talent acquisition strategy and operations across multiple sites. Manages recruiting teams, vendors, systems, compliance, analytics, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partners with Operations and HR to support organizational growth, improve candidate quality and new-hire retention, and ensure consistent policies and procedures. Requires extensive talent acquisition management experience, bilingual English and Spanish skills, regulatory knowledge, and regional travel.

Manages BPO production projects, budgets, client SLAs, workflow processes, operational metrics, billing, pricing, and executive presentations. Leads managers and production personnel, develops incentive and succession plans, supports RFPs and business development, maintains customer relationships, and ensures contact center operations comply with contractual and BPMS requirements.

Lead and manage daily back office (logistics) operations for a BPO environment: supervise staff, drive process improvements, manage client relationships, monitor KPIs, ensure compliance, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve efficiency and service delivery.
