Develop production-grade AI-enabled platform capabilities, APIs, backend services, integrations, and reusable software enhancements. Build model integrations, prompt and retrieval workflows, extraction logic, and agent configurations while ensuring scalability, security, reliability, testing, observability, and maintainability. Collaborate with Product, Solution Engineering, Application Engineering, Platform Reliability, and Architecture teams to translate requirements into customer-facing platform solutions. Contribute to CI/CD, automated testing, deployment, documentation, and responsible AI practices.

Leads global commercial growth and business development for Industrial Services across energy, infrastructure, and transportation. Responsibilities include setting growth strategy, managing international teams, securing complex multinational opportunities, developing strategic customer accounts, guiding bids and proposals, expanding into energy-transition markets, and providing market intelligence for investment and market-entry decisions. The role also supports inorganic growth initiatives and leverages AI and digital tools to improve commercial effectiveness.
