Manages key customer accounts through email and phone support, resolves inquiries and shipment issues, coordinates service recovery, conducts root cause analysis, prepares customer reports, tracks closures, supports billing and payment collection, maintains customer records, and identifies opportunities to increase revenue through new lanes and services.

Leads project execution, mechanical and electrical engineering, facility operations, utilities, maintenance, commissioning, vendor management, statutory compliance, budgeting, HSE, and operational readiness for a large logistics park. Oversees MEP systems, warehouses, infrastructure, contractors, asset reliability, utility performance, documentation, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring safe, compliant, cost-effective, and reliable operations.

The Manager Operations will supervise warehouse staff, manage productivity, track goods, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain documentation.
