Coordinate with Sales, Operations and AR SSC to ensure timely invoicing, payment receipt tracking and invoice-wise application. Support collections reviews, analyze shipment deductions and recoveries, perform account reconciliations, manage customer agreement renewals, and work with Sales to reduce overdue balances and improve DSO.

Handles shift documentation and reporting for containers and cargo at a CFS terminal. Generates job orders and gate passes, performs system data entry, coordinates with customs officials, CHAs, transporters, terminal teams, contractors, and finance, and supports accurate billing. The role also requires adherence to HSE procedures, including hazard identification, incident reporting, PPE use, drug and alcohol awareness, and IMDG requirements.

Lead finance and accounting operations for business units, ensuring compliance, accurate reporting, budget preparation and variance analysis. Oversee AP/AR, treasury and forex, tax filings, internal/external audits, reconciliations, and risk management. Support BU heads with cost control, presentations, and special corporate projects.
