Provide HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle for a global organisation: maintain HRIS records, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, manage background checks and compliance, assist employee engagement, prepare employment contracts and HR reports, and support HR operations during a 6-month contract.

Coordinate end-to-end onboarding of investment and Private Markets data sources, including acquisition, ingestion, validation, quality assurance, and KPI reporting. Analyze data coverage gaps, prioritize onboarding initiatives, and collaborate with asset managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to expand data capabilities while maintaining efficient, scalable, and compliant processes.

Lead HR analytics, reporting, and automation projects: build and automate HR dashboards, support HRIS administration and module deployments, collaborate with AI Transformation to design automation/AI solutions, analyse people data and present insights to stakeholders, and follow company security policies.
