Responsibilities include architecture decisions, development, performance optimization, production support, root-cause analysis, monitoring, pull-request reviews, and cross-team collaboration. The role requires strong Java or Kotlin expertise, Spring Boot experience, scalable microservice design, and advanced MongoDB and NoSQL knowledge.

Manage and resolve client enquiries through phone, email, chat, and customer portals. Investigate first-level product and data issues, escalate complex cases, meet service-level and resolution targets, coordinate with internal resolver teams, communicate case updates, and contribute to knowledge documentation while building financial market and product expertise.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and supporting offers. The role also includes improving job advertisements, recruitment reporting, candidate experience, employer branding, GDPR compliance, and inclusive hiring practices.
