Gather and document business and technical requirements, create user stories and acceptance criteria, author XML/DITA technical documentation, support UAT, produce training materials and demos, and collaborate with engineering, QA, and stakeholders in Agile teams.

Design and build scalable, high-performance Java/Spring Boot software for Content Lifecycle Management. Implement and test data-transformation pipelines, integrate and customize CLM solutions, follow TDD/Agile practices, maintain code quality, identify/resolve bottlenecks, and mentor teammates while collaborating with architects and customers.
