Ensure quality and accuracy of technical illustrations by checking drafts and final deliverables, researching customer-specific model data, verifying offshore illustrators' work, supporting technical authors, attending client reviews, driving process improvements, and ensuring on-time handoffs to meet project schedules and customer requirements.

Support the Operational Excellence team to improve process effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance. Assist with implementing and monitoring BMS and SMS, collect and report KPIs, run reports, follow up on open items, promote visual management, and drive continual improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and ISO practices.

Design, develop, and maintain Playwright-based automated test suites (UI, API, E2E). Integrate automation into CI/CD, use AI/LLMs for test generation and debugging, perform root-cause analysis, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support ISO-based quality processes and reporting.
