Supports the PMO Manager with project planning, scheduling, reporting, documentation, resource and financial tracking, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and quality control. Coordinates customer projects, dependencies, deliverables, contractors, and project data while escalating issues and promoting project management methodologies. The role is customer-facing and requires collaboration with project managers, product owners, solution management, sales, executives, and internal teams.

Develops, researches, revises, and quality-checks aircraft and component maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and technical procedures. Interprets engineering drawings, schematics, parts lists, specifications, and source data to produce accurate documentation meeting customer, style, quality, and security requirements. Coordinates manual production activities, including content organization, artwork, and parts-list integration, while adhering to aerospace documentation standards such as S1000D, ATA iSpec 2200, and MIL-SPEC.

Supports the development, research, revision, and quality control of aircraft and aerospace maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and technical publications. Interprets engineering drawings, schematics, blueprints, parts lists, and manufacturer data to create accurate procedures and theory of operation content. Coordinates manual production activities, organizes technical information, follows customer and quality requirements, and collaborates effectively while meeting deadlines.
