Manage shipping of engineering spares and small project shipments for aftermarket mining: prepare and verify shipping documentation, coordinate packing/transport, handle customs and LC shipments, negotiate freight, liaise with stakeholders and freight forwarders, ensure regulatory compliance (VGM, DG, permits), support MIS reporting, and monitor on-time delivery and cost-savings initiatives.

Create and modify CAD designs (SolidWorks, AutoCAD), manage design files/PLM, resolve shop and customer queries, develop spare parts lists, and ensure designs meet standards and manufacturability.

The Demand Planning & SIOP Leader oversees global demand planning and SIOP processes, optimizing forecast accuracy, aligning production with sales, and driving operational excellence within the mining capital equipment sector.

The Design Engineer will create and optimize designs for trommel systems, using SolidWorks and ANSYS for structural analysis, while collaborating with various teams to ensure manufacturability and performance.

Lead product standardization for mining thickening equipment: develop and approve 3D models, drawings, BOMs; create standard parts and libraries; drive design optimization, modular development, and continuous improvement; mentor designers; collaborate with manufacturing, sourcing, and quality to deliver compliant, cost-effective engineering solutions.

Perform mechanical engineering drawing checks and design verification for Screens and Centrifuges. Ensure drawings, models, and documentation meet standards (ASME, ISO, AWS), support product development, resolve technical issues, coordinate with manufacturing/procurement/quality, and drive continuous improvement to reduce errors and rework.
