Responsibilities include designing and validating equipment, reviewing drawings and 3D models, performing mechanical calculations, resolving manufacturing and technical issues, improving product standardization and cost, and ensuring quality, schedule, and performance objectives. The role provides technical leadership to engineers, designers, and drafters, supports manufacturing and sales, mentors team members, and travels to job sites and regional offices for installations and troubleshooting.

Leads the global Crushing execution value stream from proposal development through customer acceptance and warranty completion. Owns profitable, on-time delivery, commercial risk, supplier readiness, governance, customer satisfaction, and execution performance. Builds scalable processes and leads a global organization while partnering with product management, engineering, sales, and aftermarket teams to deliver integrated capital equipment solutions.

Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for castings, forgings, fabricated components, hydraulics, gearboxes, and motors. Perform spend analysis, should-cost modeling, supplier evaluation/onboarding, negotiations, supplier segmentation, risk mitigation, and support NPI. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations to drive cost savings, value engineering, and supplier performance improvements.

Develops and delivers technical training curriculum for mining equipment, customer, field service, and internal teams. Responsibilities include instructional design, adult-learning-based content creation, technical presentations, assessments, e-learning modules, trainer effectiveness tracking, certification materials, and collaboration with global subject matter experts. The role requires mechanical and mining equipment knowledge, technical writing, sales training experience, and proficiency with content-authoring and Microsoft Office tools.

Leads process engineering support across commissioning, start-up, and operations for mining projects. Designs operational transition strategies, defines safe operating limits, monitors critical variables, manages deviations, optimizes process performance, and supports laboratory, metallurgical, and equipment commissioning activities. Provides client and cross-functional technical support, leads improvement initiatives, supports project governance, and promotes HSE compliance. Requires extensive mining and plant operations experience, process simulation expertise, technical leadership, and willingness to travel.

Supports plant HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, welfare and engagement, industrial relations, statutory compliance, contract labor administration, recruitment, background verification, benefits administration, HR reporting, audits and employee communications. The role interfaces with shop-floor employees, supervisors, contractors, HR teams and external agencies, while supporting the Plant HR Head and serving as the designated Welfare Officer.

Develop and maintain product configuration models and CAD automation for mining products using Tacton and SolidWorks. Produce 3D models, drawings, BOMs in Enovia, estimate drafting effort, support design automation improvements, ensure specification compliance, and collaborate with team members to optimize product documentation and processes.

Manages end-to-end technical-commercial proposals for complex spare parts and modernization projects. Coordinates engineering, sourcing, planning, sales, and execution inputs; reviews customer requirements and technical documents; develops accurate pricing, scope, timelines, and approvals; supports customer clarifications; maintains documentation and version control; tracks proposal KPIs; and improves processes to increase efficiency, consistency, and success rates.

Manage end-to-end spare parts order execution from purchase order receipt through delivery and invoicing. Coordinate with procurement, planning, logistics, sales, engineering, and customers to ensure timely fulfillment, resolve issues, and maintain compliance. Track order status, backlogs, revenue, delivery performance, and operational KPIs using ERP, CRM, Excel, and Power BI. Support customer meetings, escalations, receivables follow-up, process improvements, and Russian-speaking stakeholders.

Support delivery of APC projects: analyze plant data, develop and configure APC applications, assist commissioning and troubleshooting, implement IIoT and digital solutions, and provide post-commissioning support while collaborating with site teams.

Designs new products and improves existing designs for wear, efficiency, and maintainability. Coordinates with manufacturing, purchasing, suppliers, engineering, and sales to deliver accurate product designs and technical support. Performs engineering research, calculations, CFD and FEA analysis, develops technical documentation, supports troubleshooting at customer sites, and assists with product IOM manuals. Uses 3D parametric CAD and standard business software to evaluate findings and prepare reports and presentations.
