Responsibilities include condition monitoring, failure prediction, root cause analysis, maintenance-plan development, equipment commissioning support, operational decision-tree design, Total Cost of Ownership modeling, spare-parts planning, and failure mitigation. The role also supports safety compliance, equipment performance optimization, technical training, and team leadership.

Designs new products and improves existing designs for wear, efficiency, and maintainability. Coordinates with manufacturing, purchasing, suppliers, engineering, and sales to deliver accurate product designs and technical support. Performs engineering research, calculations, CFD and FEA analysis, develops technical documentation, supports troubleshooting at customer sites, and assists with product IOM manuals. Uses 3D parametric CAD and standard business software to evaluate findings and prepare reports and presentations.

Owns the end-to-end proposal and order execution process for standard mining spare parts, from RFQ review and quotation through customer purchase order booking, fulfillment tracking, documentation, and claims handling. Coordinates with sales, engineering, procurement, logistics, customer support, and global stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, profitable delivery. Monitors turnaround time, win ratios, customer feedback, revenue, and DIFOT while supporting compliance checks, process improvements, and system enhancements.

Lead category sourcing for components (castings, forgings, hydraulics, gearboxes, motors), develop and execute strategic sourcing and cost-reduction plans, qualify and onboard global suppliers, run spend analysis and should-cost modeling, negotiate agreements, support NPI, manage supplier performance and risk, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive value engineering and supply continuity.

Lead mechanical engineer responsible for design integrity and delivery of flotation equipment product line. Deliver engineering packages on time and within budget, standardize products, approve drawings and 3D models, perform and review mechanical calculations, coordinate design work, support field installations and sales, develop design standards and procedures, and drive continuous product improvement and safety culture.

Architect, develop, and maintain edge-to-cloud industrial IoT solutions. Build cloud-native, event-driven microservices on Azure, implement real-time data ingestion and streaming, secure edge-device connectivity (MQTT, Modbus, OPC-UA), create RESTful APIs, automate CI/CD and IaC, and ensure observability, reliability, and security across distributed systems.

Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for castings, forgings, fabricated components, hydraulics, gearboxes, and motors. Perform spend analysis, should-cost modeling, supplier evaluation/onboarding, negotiations, supplier segmentation, risk mitigation, and support NPI. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations to drive cost savings, value engineering, and supplier performance improvements.
