Leads clinical training, quality improvement, compliance monitoring, audits, incident analysis, emergency drills, and patient education across dialysis clinics. Conducts monthly clinic visits, trains clinical staff, monitors outcomes and safety metrics, supports corrective actions, prepares reports, and collaborates with clinic managers, nephrologists, and corporate teams to improve patient care, compliance, retention, and satisfaction.

Supervise IFRS 15 revenue accounting operations, including complex contract assessments, transaction price allocation, journal entries, reconciliations, financial close, audits, and SAP RAR reporting. Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve revenue recognition issues, improve processes and controls, and provide technical guidance to team members.

Lead IT risk assessments, evaluate and document inherent and residual risks, partner with stakeholders to develop and monitor risk response plans, support enterprise IT risk and cyber security initiatives, maintain risk management procedures and best practices, and communicate risks across ITS and business units.
