Own Setmore’s content strategy and hands-on execution across websites, blogs, product pages, customer stories, and feature launches. Leads global customer support operations, managing Leads and 30+ team members across US, Canada, and UK regions. Owns SLAs, backlog, productivity, resolution quality, queue management, hiring, onboarding, capacity planning, and performance management. Analyzes support data, drives process improvements and automation, handles escalations, and partners with Product, Billing, and Development teams. Owns the marketing technology platform, including the CMS, website, content publishing, campaign infrastructure, and delivery backlog. Translates marketing priorities into clear engineering-ready tickets, sequences releases, manages trade-offs, and measures performance. Partners with marketing, product, design, engineering, content, and analytics teams to ship campaigns, landing pages, SEO improvements, and growth experiments. Requires strong product ownership, SaaS, marketing analytics, SEO, A/B testing, and CMS experience.

Owns backend and system architecture across multiple teams and services, defining technical direction, architectural standards, scalability strategies, and cloud-native designs. Serves as the final technical authority for system design, reviews HLD and LLD documents, evaluates platforms and tools, and ensures security, observability, CI/CD, and DevOps best practices. Collaborates with product, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into reliable, scalable technical solutions.

Manage international client accounts for a SaaS company, serving as the liaison between clients and internal teams. Resolve account, billing, and service issues through phone, email, and chat; identify client needs; maintain strong relationships; and improve satisfaction, retention, engagement, and call-handling effectiveness through KPI-focused collaboration.
