Quality Engineer responsible for analyzing requirements and designing, executing, and maintaining manual and automated software testing. The role develops test plans, scenarios, cases, automation scripts, regression suites, and defect reports across frontend, backend, database, AWS, and DevOps environments. Responsibilities include collaborating with developers and stakeholders, supporting Agile and DevOps practices, researching automation technologies, preparing estimates and reports, and improving testing processes. Requires strong C# automation, Selenium, API testing, SQL, and software quality assurance experience.

Supports the Finance Manager with general ledger accounting, month-end close, balance sheet and bank reconciliations, foreign currency revaluation, intercompany accounting, reporting, audit support, and financial controls. The role also identifies automation opportunities and supports user acceptance testing and implementation. Success requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills in a multinational environment.

Reviews final disbursement accounts for completeness, accuracy, customer compliance, invoices, taxes, exchange rates, and port-related charges. Resolves discrepancies and customer queries with port agents, operators, finance teams, and customers. Processes accounts within service-level agreements, maintains operational records, supports audits, and contributes to process improvements, UATs, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Manages centralized Single Point of Remittance services, including customer call notifications, PDA/FDA payments, prefunding, FX transactions, account statements, recoverables, bank-account verification, dispute resolution, and accounting-system postings. The role ensures SLA and KPI compliance, accurate financial records, fund recovery, customer reporting, and effective communication with customers, agents, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Manages invoice collection, validation, reconciliation, and submission for port calls and government-service disbursement accounts. Reviews vendor charges, tariffs, contractual rates, supporting documentation, and operational data for accuracy and compliance. Coordinates with operations, finance, principals, partner agents, and service providers to resolve discrepancies, meet billing deadlines, and respond to client queries. Maintains billing trackers, follows invoicing SOPs and quality standards, and supports credit notes, corrections, reporting, and process improvements.

Lead and manage global IT infrastructure as a product: plan roadmaps, run BAU services, deliver cloud migrations, manage networks/servers/security, lead Wintel/Desktop/DevOps teams, oversee budgets, KPIs, and on-call support to ensure stability, scalability and compliance.

Designs, builds, and maintains ETL/ELT pipelines feeding Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse platforms. Responsibilities include data ingestion, bronze/silver/gold layer development, CDC, incremental loading, data quality, metadata governance, performance tuning, monitoring, automation, and low-level design documentation. The role collaborates with architects, data modelers, and business analysts to deliver reliable, reusable datasets and promote self-service analytics while applying security, resilience, compliance, and cost-optimization standards.
