Design, implement and scale AWS environments using Terraform; build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, observability and monitoring (ELK, Grafana, CloudWatch); apply SRE practices for performance and availability; manage incidents/changes and perform RCA; mentor team members and coordinate with product stakeholders; support out-of-hours as needed.

Manages invoice collection, validation, reconciliation, and submission for port calls and government-service disbursement accounts. Reviews vendor charges, tariffs, contractual rates, supporting documentation, and operational data for accuracy and compliance. Coordinates with operations, finance, principals, partner agents, and service providers to resolve discrepancies, meet billing deadlines, and respond to client queries. Maintains billing trackers, follows invoicing SOPs and quality standards, and supports credit notes, corrections, reporting, and process improvements.

Lead and manage global IT infrastructure as a product: plan roadmaps, run BAU services, deliver cloud migrations, manage networks/servers/security, lead Wintel/Desktop/DevOps teams, oversee budgets, KPIs, and on-call support to ensure stability, scalability and compliance.
