Manages centralized Single Point of Remittance services, including customer call notifications, PDA/FDA payments, prefunding, FX transactions, account statements, recoverables, bank-account verification, dispute resolution, and accounting-system postings. The role ensures SLA and KPI compliance, accurate financial records, fund recovery, customer reporting, and effective communication with customers, agents, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Manages invoice collection, validation, reconciliation, and submission for port calls and government-service disbursement accounts. Reviews vendor charges, tariffs, contractual rates, supporting documentation, and operational data for accuracy and compliance. Coordinates with operations, finance, principals, partner agents, and service providers to resolve discrepancies, meet billing deadlines, and respond to client queries. Maintains billing trackers, follows invoicing SOPs and quality standards, and supports credit notes, corrections, reporting, and process improvements.

Lead and manage global IT infrastructure as a product: plan roadmaps, run BAU services, deliver cloud migrations, manage networks/servers/security, lead Wintel/Desktop/DevOps teams, oversee budgets, KPIs, and on-call support to ensure stability, scalability and compliance.
