Supports Math curriculum reform for Classes 1–5 by developing teacher and student resources, assessments, and instructional materials. Coordinates with academic, training, M&E, technology, government, and state stakeholder teams to ensure quality and timely delivery. Adapts content based on feedback, supports validation and approvals, and applies curriculum frameworks and monitoring standards. The role requires teaching or curriculum design experience, government stakeholder management, Tamil Nadu education ecosystem familiarity, project management, and occasional travel to Chennai.

Leads academic and social-emotional learning strategy across Tamil Nadu residential and tribal schools. Responsibilities include designing SEL frameworks and student programs, integrating SEL into curriculum and teacher resources, researching education models, conducting field visits, developing teacher training materials, facilitating trainings, establishing quality and monitoring systems, analyzing feedback and data, observing classrooms, and coordinating with government, district, and school stakeholders.

Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter or native Android technologies. Build responsive UI components, integrate REST APIs and backend services, test functionality, debug device and OS issues, optimize performance, participate in code reviews, and assist with deployment and maintenance while learning industry best practices.
