Support sales and delivery by positioning solutions, building COE industry portfolios, running demos/POCs/workshops, scoping RFPs/RFIs, preparing SOWs, and enabling market expansion through thought leadership and analyst engagement.

Manage multiple sales territories and territory managers, drive area revenue targets, expand dealer and distributor channels, coach field sales teams, monitor performance, improve collections and inventory planning, coordinate marketing campaigns, and build relationships with dealers and institutional customers. The role requires channel sales expertise, leadership, forecasting, negotiation, and experience in battery or allied industries preferred.

Own state-level P&L, sales performance, strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion. Lead regional, area, and territory sales managers while building dealer and distribution networks. Monitor forecasting, collections, profitability, dashboards, and KPIs. Develop strategic customer and channel relationships, support business planning, identify growth opportunities, and ensure compliance with sales governance. The role requires strong commercial planning, leadership, stakeholder management, geographic sales scaling, and experience in battery, EV battery, or lithium battery industries.
