Designs, develops, tunes, and maintains SQL Server databases, SSIS ETL projects, stored procedures, and operational reports. Provides database support, troubleshooting, performance optimization, capacity planning, documentation, and ad hoc data analysis. Collaborates with data teams and project managers to resolve recurring issues and improve processes. Requires careful handling of protected health information under HIPAA and compliance with information security policies.

Leads full-stack software engineering efforts, including application design, coding, API development, performance optimization, testing, debugging, code reviews, and architectural decisions. Owns CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code strategies, evaluates technologies, improves code quality and scalability, and collaborates with product, design, services, and DevOps teams. Develops secure applications handling protected health information in accordance with HIPAA standards.
